Jermaine Stanley is a Cybersecurity, Information Technology (IT), and Risk Advisory leader with more than 25 years of experience working with Financial Services, Technology, Insurance, Non-Profit, and Government organizations.He is a thought leader in the industry, advising clients on complex Cybersecurity and IT Risk matters. In addition to being a member of ISACA Global’s One in Tech Foundation Board of Directors, Jermaine is the President of the ISACA Greater Washington DC Chapter (ISACA GWDC).
More importantly, Jermaine is a strong technology leader with a reputation for building teams, mentoring, and has a passion for creating Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive (DEI) cultures, who strives to help leaders build, launch and lead initiatives that promote DEI within their organizations. Mr. Stanley holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering, a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering, CISA and CDPSE certifications, and holds a certification in Overcoming Unconscious Bias.

Tracey Walker is Chief Culture Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) Officer and principal within the $3B RSM enterprise. She designs RSM's national diversity, equity and inclusion programming and strategy, creating a culture of inclusion for the workforce of 15,000 across 90 offices in the US and Canada. She defines enterprise CDI principles of action with focus on inclusion in organizational behavior, operations, productivity, learning and professional development. Tracey leads a talented team, focused on equity for all, and the charitable CDI Impact Fund supporting scholarship, community and professional organizations.
Tracey is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) subject-matter expert leading DEIB advisory for clients, business schools and trade organizations worldwide. She is certified in Diversity and Inclusion as an Advanced Practitioner from the Cornell University School of Industrial and labor Relations (ILR) and her graduate work in Organizational Behavior, cultivated an innovative connection between inclusion, difference and dexterity as an approach better business, at the Harvard Business School.

Tracey has numerous awards and honors including the AICPA “50 Most Powerful Women in Accounting,” and the “100 Most Influential Women in Diversity and Inclusion,” by Diversity MBA, and the 2022 “Women Leaders in Consulting” award from Consulting Magazine.
Linda Calvin is a 20-year veteran of the private IT sector with strengths in communication, law, digital and application development, and global tech leadership. Linda graduated cum laude with her BA in Journalism from Butler University. Linda also earned a Juris Doctor from Indiana University and is licensed to practice law in the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Linda is the Chief Impact Officer for Reboot Representation, an organization dedicated to doubling the number of Black, Latina and Native American (BLNA) women graduating with computing degrees by 2025. In her role, Linda collaborates with Reboot tech coalition partners to help create cultures that attract and retain BLNA women in tech. Linda is also facilitates panels on emerging tech and the tech talent gap. She is also a speaker for Transcend Consulting and regularly talks on topics of tech equity, mapping passion to tech, designing diverse tech talent pipelines, and women’s empowerment.
She holds many board and volunteer positions including Executive Women’s Forum Director for Women & Hi Tech, volunteer Guardian ad Litem and board member for Kids’ Voice of Indiana, the Indiana Technology and Innovation Association (ITIA), and serves as an advisory board member the Six Sigma Racial Equity Institute in Indianapolis and the Digital Fluency Council for Franklin College. Linda most recently joined the board of Rooted Schools Indy, a technology charter school serving students in underserved communities in Indianapolis, and the Indiana Executive Council on Cybersecurity.
As a woman of color in tech, she is committed to diversity and being visible to youth and those who aspire to tech careers in the community. Linda believes, “When you See Us, You can Be Us.” Thus, Linda regularly volunteers to speak with girls at Girls Inc of Greater Indianapolis, at STEM camps and with organizations like Brown Girls Code. Linda and her husband started a scholarship in 2021, the Transcending Boundaries Scholarship, to provide funding for black and latino/a and Hispanic residents and current students in Indianapolis to earn tech credentials at Ivy Tech Community College.
Dayan Douse is Founder and President of P.R.I.D.E Consulting, a human behavior and development company dedicated to coaching leaders, teams, and organizations in successful transitions from current reality to desired state.
He holds a PhD in Organization and Management and developed a groundbreaking process entitled The Transition TriangleTM that inspires his clients to successfully navigate the process we must all go through when coming to terms with change. He has worked with the world's most outspoken, celebrated, and successful advisors on empowerment and transition.
He is Best Selling co-author of the book Nothing But NET: The World’s Leading Speakers, Trainers and Entrepreneurs Reveal Their Top Secrets for Increasing your Bottom Line Health, Wealth and Success. The book was featured atop five Amazon Best Seller lists in the first two weeks of its release. His Chapter won the Editors' Choice Award for one of the best written chapters in the book. Dr. Douse is working on his next book, 3 Disciplines of Successful Transitions.
Dr. Douse has served on the Board of Directors for Winning Futures: an award-winning non- profit organization that empowers youth to succeed through mentoring. Dr. Douse was Adjunct Professor of Organizational Behavior in Davenport University's MBA and Executive MBA programs. He is the head of leadership development at Serenity Christian Church, and IT Manager and DEI lead at DTE Energy.
Liz Green, OTR/L has 20 years of experience as an occupational therapist (OT) in a variety of clinical settings. Her passion is to empower neurodistinct individuals in meeting self-directed goals that promote meaningful participation in work, school and life. She also has a certificate in DEI for HR through Cornell University.
By combining advanced expertise as an OT with an HR concentration in DEI, Liz has created the first ever neurodiversity consultancy model that gets inside of the psychology of what it means to think, process, interact, and self-regulate differently.
In turn, Liz is educating global companies on the intersection between disclosure and psychological safety and company culture and retention. She has spoken at regional and national conferences, including Society for HR Managers (SHRM), Occupational Therapy Association of Colorado (OTAC) and College Autism Network (CAN).
She is also heavily involved in neurodiversity education in the cybersecurity space, including institutions/groups such as National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Community Coordinating Council, Cybersecurity Skills Journal, CompTIA, and Cyber Guild.
Donald L. Butler is the CEO of Butler Squared Consulting, LLC, a full service firm performing accounting/bookkeeping, tax preparation, wealth advisory and business consulting services. He leads a team of professionals who assist with managing a combination of clients’ accounting records and business operations, including taxes and retirement accounts.
